Description

Found in the eastern half of North America, except for a few coastal states, Virginia Mountain Mint grows well in moist meadows, stream banks and forest edges. Growing 1-3 feet in height, this perennial is very attractive to many bees and butterfly species that are in search of its nectar. Its white flowers are in bloom from July-September.
